When entering the platform you will now land on the 'Actions' section. Previously, it was the 'Activities' section. This is still easily accessible by hitting the logo in the top-left corner, or by tapping the speech bubble icon below the brand new actions emblem.
This revamped space empowers you as an account holder to directly handle certain requests, eliminating the need to funnel everything through a support ticket or email. It's a time-saving upgrade which offers a quicker and more efficient service for you and your users.
