Enhancements:
Marketplace 2.0
UI and the marketplace overall has been totally overhauled. Completely brand new interface and functionality.
Rich Text Functionality
Rich text functionality has been implemented across the platform, allowing admins to embed links and use rich text features in email templates (Invitation, Completion, Unsuccesful), activity descriptions, and question sections including embedded links and the self review area. Admins can utilise both toolbar icons and keyboard shortcuts.
Enable 16:9 Videos/ Upload content videos in correct format
The platform now supports 16:9 video uploads. Video content uploaded by account holders can be viewed in its original 16:9 format, preserving names, logos, and visual material.
Review panel default permissions change when bulk uploading
When bulk uploading users to the review panel of an activity they will now be set to ‘All’ for visibility. Previously the bulk upload function would assign users as ‘assigned only’.
Rubric: Export report file criteria changes
The rubric export file now includes a detailed breakdown of criteria scores per question for enhanced clarity.
Global search option for reviewer accounts (Imperial request)
Reviewers are now able to search for applicants across all of their assigned activities via the landing page with a new search function. Users can search by name, email address or external ID. The modal window will find the matching results and display them to the reviewer. Selecting a result will open the appropriate application.
Ability to copy and paste the authenticity summary text on front end
Users can now copy text from the Authenticity Summary section. This functionality is browser-compatible (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and applies exclusively to summary content within the Authenticity panel. It’s available for both Account Holder and Reviewer roles.
Authenticity indicator, user message when transcription is too short
A new message has been introduced for responses with fewer than 60 words, improving clarity for users. When the Authenticity Indicator cannot run due to low word count, users will see: "The Authenticity Indicator has not run against this response due to a low word count in the transcription."
Terminology change: Shortlisted/Rejected
Terminology across the platform has been updated. Key changes include:
"Shortlist" now reads as "Successful", and "Reject", as "Unsuccessful."
Updated messages:
- "Select an option below to Shortlist or Reject." is now "Select an option below:"
- "Save review" text now reads "Or click here to submit a review:"
- "Rate, shortlist & reject" now says "Rate & flag successful/unsuccessful."
Email settings updated to rename "Rejection" options to "Unsuccessful."
Review UI - Change container to tab controls
The review UI has been updated with a new tabbed structure beneath the video player for improved organisation and usability. The three tabs—AI Highlights, My Feedback, and Transcript.
AI Summary/Highlights information modal
A new feature has been added to the AI Assistance panel, providing an Info icon for enhanced user guidance. When clicked, a modal displays comprehensive details about AI Summary and Highlights, including its functionality and benefits.
Add AI assistance + authenticity to permissions for reviewer
The review panel now includes enhanced permission settings for AI Assistance and Authenticity Indicator features.
This feature ensures flexibility in feature access management, improving user control and efficiency.
Number of attempts count per answer is now hidden for reviewers
Reviewers now no longer see the number of attempts that a participant took to respond to a question during the review process. This value was visible as a pill layered across the video player per question as well as on the activity overview screen as a value on each question. Account Holders will still be able to view this detail when reviewing an application.
Show Rubric in all hubs
The Rubric evaluation rating style is now available across all hubs, including Coaching Hub, extending its benefits to a broader range of clients.
This enhancement improves consistency and flexibility for clients using the rubric feature.
