      My test video won't play back

      This could be related to your internet connection.

      For best results, we recommend Shortlister interviews be taken on web connections with an upload speed of at least 300kbps. Take the speed test below - if your upload speed falls below 300kbps, please use an alternate internet connection to complete your video interview. You can also use an iOS or Android smartphone or tablet, as these devices can complete interviews on 3G connections.

      If your upload speed is over 300kbps and your test video still won’t play back, please submit a support ticket by replying to your invitation email with your speed test results and the URL (webpage address) from your equipment test browser window and a member of the support team will assist you further.
