My interview froze

If your interview has frozen it is most likely caused by a connection issue.

For best results, we recommend Shortlister interviews be taken on web connections with an upload speed of at least 300kbps. Take the speed test below - if your upload speed falls below 300kbps, please use an alternate internet connection to complete your video interview.

If your upload speed is above 300kbps and you are still having problems then please try an alternative web browser, such as Google Chrome, to complete your interview on.

  • Make sure your browser is up to date
  • Clear your browser file cache
