My camera does not connect on my mobile device

You may need to grant permission to the Shortlister.com app to access your mobile device’s camera.

iOS devices

1. Go into ‘Settings’.
   
   
2. Go into ‘Privacy’.
   
   
3. Go into ‘Camera’.
   
   
4. Toggle on for ‘Shortlister’.
   
   
5. Go into 'Microphone'.
   
   
6. Toggle on for 'Shortlister'.

Android devices

1. Go into ‘Settings’.
   
   
2. Go into ‘Apps’.
   
   
3. Go into ‘Shortlister’.
   
   
4. Go into ‘Permissions’.
   
   
5. Ensure that all permissions listed are toggled on.
   
   
6. Return to the app.
