You have the flexibility to add multiple reviewers to an interview at different stages. This can be done either during the initial creation of the interview, or after it has been published. For instance, if you don't have the reviewers' details available when setting up the interview, you can easily add them later on once their information is at hand.

To add reviewers after an interview has been published, navigate to the 'Activities' section of your platform, and then select the interview you would like to add some reviewers to. Please see the image below demonstrating this:
Click the interview, you should then see a similar page to the one below:
Click the icon in the top-right hand corner which looks like a little group of people, you will then see this page:
There are a couple of options here, you can invite multiple reviewers at once using the 'Bulk add reviewers' function. Or you can add them individually using the single 'Add reviewer' function. If you click the 'Add reviewer' function for example, you will need the reviewers first name, last name and email. Please see the image below of the page you will see once clicked:
Once the plus sign is clicked, you will see this page:
This is where you can modify the exact permissions that specific reviewer will have, including what they can see on the platform. Once you are happy with the permissions, click 'Add reviewer'. You will then see this final page:
You can see that this reviewer has been added onto the system. However, they have not been invited yet as we left the 'Send invite to this reviewer' unchecked on the previous page. We can see this as the word 'UNINVITED' is being displayed next to their name. Once you are ready to send an invite to this, or however many uninvited reviewers you have, click the 'Send invites to uninvited' button. These reviewers will then receive an email notification telling them that they have been added to this interview as a reviewer!
