One of the key advantages of interviewing interviewees through Shortlister is the fact that interviews can be shared with any number of stakeholders, be that your colleagues in recruitment or a panel of hiring managers.

Step by Step Guide
Firstly, open the interview you’re working on and navigate to the Review Panel.
New Interview
Published Interview
Select on the Add Reviewers button.
Now start typing the user’s details. If they have been invited to the Shortlister platform before, you will be able to view and select on them in the list. If not, you will be required to fill out their First Name, Last Name and email address.
We give you the option to select who and what the invited reviewer can see, a great function to manage interviewees privacy.
The invited reviewer will get an email invitation like so, to access the interview.
Lastly, if it’s their first time using Shortlister they’ll need to create their own password like so to access those candidates.
Now you and your colleagues can review and collaborate to your hearts content.
