If you are having trouble successfully getting through the 'prepare' step (equipment test) there are several things you can try.
The first thing to attempt is refreshing the page. In the majority of cases this will rectify the issues.
If refreshing the page doesn't work you should try to open the interview in a different web browser. We recommend using Google Chrome for the best results.
If neither of the steps above enable you to get through the prepare stage we recommend completing the interview on a mobile or tablet using one of our apps. The apps are available to download via the invitation email you received.
