I can't get past the 'prepare' step

If you are having trouble successfully getting through the 'prepare' step (equipment test) there are several things you can try.

 

The first thing to attempt is refreshing the page. In the majority of cases, this will rectify the issues.

 

If refreshing the page doesn't work, you should try to open the interview in a different web browser. We recommend using Google Chrome for the best results.

 

If neither of the steps above enables you to get through the prepare stage, we recommend completing the interview on a mobile or tablet. To do this, simply open your invitation email and click the "Get Started" button, then it will take you directly to the activity.
