Sometimes it's necessary to extend an interviewee's invitation as they need more time to complete their interview.
In Shortlister it's really simple to do this and there is a couple of ways in which this can be achieved.

When the relevant interviewee displays, simply select their name and you will be taken to their relevant interview.
Next to their name, to the right-hand side, click the 3 dots then select 'Extend'
You can either select on +3 days, +5 Days +7 Days or to select a specific date or aselect on the New Deadline date and select the date you’d like to extend to on the calendar then select on the “extend” button.

Automatically the interviewee will then receive an email notifying them of their extension and you are able to view their new deadline date in the ‘Deadline’ column.
Extend ALL interviewees' deadlines.
