# Do I need to download anything for my video interview?

No - simply follow the interview link in your invitation email.

### *On Mobile:*

Yes - to take your interview on a mobile device please follow these steps:

1. Follow the interview link in your invitation email on your mobile device.
2. Follow the link to your relevant app store.
3. Download our free interview app.
4. Install the app.
5. Go back into your invitation email and follow the interview link - this time hit the green interview button instead of the app store button.
6. *iOS* devices: when you first hit ‘Record Practice Question’ ensure that you allow the app permission to access your device’s camera.
   
   *Android* devices*:* when you first open the app ensure that you allow the app permission to access your device's camera, microphone and storage if prompted.
