Accidental rejection of the candidate

On the rare occasion that you accidentally reject a candidate, this would need to be reversed on our side. 

A rejection would be actioned by clicking the red X after a candidate has been reviewed, see the image below:



If this was done by mistake, please submit a Support Ticket or contact our team by email and we will happily reverse this for you.
