One or more of my answers won't upload on the mobile app

First check that the device is definitely connected to the internet. Once you’re certain this is the case, reopen the app from your device's homescreen (NOT from the interview invitation email).


You will see 'Welcome' screen (pictured below) when you open the app - you don't need to do anything on this screen, just leave the app open for two minutes to allow the answers to upload in the background. If the answers have uploaded you will receive confirmation by email - check your inbox for this.

If you don’t receive confirmation of this by email, reply to your invitation email and a member of the support team will check that your interview has successfully uploaded for you.
