If the interview question that you’re on hasn’t been delivered and/or the camera window isn’t visible then the interview has stalled. This is typically due to a loss or drop of internet connection. It is completely safe at this point to refresh your interview window. When you’ve done this and re-entered your interview it will pick up from the point where you left off. If you believe you’ve missed a question, reply to your invitation email and a member of the support team will check your interview for you.
