The quality of my test video is poor

If you think the quality of your video is poor on your current device, and you passed your bandwidth test with a satisfactory connection, we recommend that you access an alternative device for your interview.

Our interviews can be taken on webcam and microphone enabled laptop/desktop computers as well as iOS and Android smartphones and tablets.
